Percentile criteria always have a variable rank so you can expect you chances of having admission on the basis of rank which you got with 70 percentile in JEE mains you can see previous year cutoff list of LNCT for different- different branch of BE by simply clicking on the below option:

but if i look at the cutoffs i am easily eligible but it says 75% seats are for MP candidates and 10% from other state students via jee mains and i am from gujarat so can i join?? whatever cutoffs are available online are for home state students of LNCT bhopal only so..?
