Even if you don't get any seat in the first rounds of the counseling you can always go in the next rounds for counseling. You can move on in the next rounds just as normal candidates when the registration and choice filling for the next round starts.

You might get a few private colleges with this rank but those colleges would also not be that good. Moreover you will not get a good branch of your choice. So it's upto you now what type of college you want .
