You can get seat in cbit and Vasavi but you can't get into jntuh as based on EAMCET rank.
The previous intake of JNTU EAMCET rank was at the line of 17k ranking.
But you may get jntuh affiliated colleges which offer same facilities and studies.
Checkout the affiliated colleges of JNTU and choose the Colleges by NAAC Ranking.

Sir what does NAAC mean?

National assessment and accreditation council. In short NAAC.
Every engineering college rating will be officially given by this.
All the facilities and infrastructure in college will be verified by them
