Congratulations on your CET rank. IPU began its English Honours course in 2018 and as of now, only 2 colleges in IPU offer the course in their college. They are-

1) Vivekananda Institute big Professional Studies, Pitampura

2) Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology, Kapas Hera

Hence, the seats are very low for the course. They were less than 60 last year, but it is possible that more colleges start providing the course this year. This will increase the intake. We can know about it only once the counselling is well underway.

Your chances are low, but it depends on this year's trend. You may get through if the top rankers or rather the majority have taken admission or prefer universities like DU, Ambedkar University etc. for the course. You may also make necessary backup options incase you're unable to get admission for this course in IPU.
