Since you haven’t mentioned your category, I am assuming that you belong to the general category. If we go by last year’s cut-off for the same category, it was cut off rank was 352 for Mechanical Engineering, you won’t be able to get into courses you want. It would be great if you could specify your category, so that I can give you a more specific answer.
