Same is happening with me after clicking and log in into update account option they said you are not eligible .but i don't get a seat and i am eligible for refund. Worst thing is they are not pick up the call too.i paid 36000 RS

I am sorry to hear that. It's a government procedure and takes time. Last year, one of my friend's fee was refunded in December.
