I did not receive my refund yet I have withdrawn my seat from josaa and didn't participate in special rounds but even after these two eligible criteria I did not recieve my money back please look into my problem

ECE in a university w ith 100%scholarship in Tution fee . Also paid 75000 as hostel charges and 75000asother charges now I have applied for the refund of fee and the university is detecting a amount of rupees 72500 is it right
