The CET exam conducted by IPU has 85% reservation for Delhi students.

Since you belong to Outside delhi categoy with that rank the chances of getting a college would be very low if you belong to open category but if you belong to reserved category then you might get a college.

 You can try your luck at the spot round but dont depend on it.

Try for other private colleges like Chandigarh University.

Considering your rank and the previous year cut off you may get admission into sirifort college of computer technology and management and may be in Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology. You may even get higher ranked college than the above mentioned at spot counseling if you opt for it.
