Hello,
As per the previous year data ,your chances of getting a college in ipu are moderate in the first round of councelling.since you are from outside delhi ,so you are not eligible for delhi quota .
Ipu conducts multiple round of councelling,you might get a chance in the subsequent rounds of councelling.
