Since you already know that the OMR would be displayed in the 4th week of May, there's no point in telling you about the notice, friend.
These dates are finalized by the core committee and except for the members, even we don't the actual date about the OMR and Official Answer Key release date.
Since they have mentioned 4th week, I guess it won't be much longer anymore.
They would be uploading it quite soon presumably in the following 3-4 days.

Do keep an eye on the official website.
