Here are the last year's josaa 7th round counseling cutoff closing ranks for iiit manipur for obc candidates :-

Now, this year 2020 here are the cutoff closing ranks for iiit manipur for round 2 and round 3 counselling for obc category :-

ROUND 3 OF JOSAA COUNSELING :-

Now as per seeing previous years cutoff trends there is no chance that you can get iiit manipur.
But this year also, as per seeing the RATE OF CUTOFF INCREMENT, the chances are negligible for you to get iiit manipur till last round counseling.

But you can try at csab special round counseling, because your crl rank must be around 85000 to 90000. And in last year the highest cutoff closing rank in iiit manipur during csab special round counseling, for obc category candidates on basis of their crl ranks was - 86273.

According to previous year last round cutoff and trends the closing rank of IIIT Manipur for OBC category is 14167.As there are only two branches in CSE and ECE your chances are merely no to get the admission in IIIT Manipur.

The cutoff for nits for obc category are below 30,000 and for iiits for obc category  cutoff is below 20,000. So chances are there to get in nits and iiits but you can go for other  private colleges in your state or in other state.

Also I suggest you to use predictor tool for more information . I would like to add that the college predictor is an online tool which predicts the probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in exam and seats available .The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant.
