At least short memos take some time after the exams.

Please tell them the current procedure for obtaining the mark sheet or submit your first-year memo.

it may suffice for time being.  

i am studying in RGUKT,IIIT  an university.the exams here are conducted as  in form of semisters .our exams are held on april last week. so how can i submitted my marks memo?? .and our procedure here are all on online only.so we don't get marks memo.just we know how many marks can i get that in that exams.
