My marks in bitsat 2018 were 312 as shown in the computer after the test but now after checking in the net they are being shown less.

Marks shown on computer ar egenerally tentative and sonetimes sees rare 10% difference upways and downways.
BITSAT scores are released in two iterations.
Iteration I shallbe in First week of july and Iteration II in second week of Julybased on waitlist.
Hnece wait for iteration scores and you can then proceed.
