Hello Devansh,

The procedure to become a office from SSR (Senior Secondary Recruit ) rank in Navy is as follows:-

  1. Join Army Cadet College (ACC), it is a premier college of Indian Army.
  2. To join ACC the candidate should be serving in Indian Army, Indian Air force or Navy. And the candidate's age should be below 27 years at the time of application.
  3. For joining ACC a written exam is conducted and on the basis of that exam candidates are shortlisted foe SSB interview, it is a five days interview in which psychological and group testing is done.
  4. After clearing the interview, there is a three year training  of all candidates at Army Cadet College. And after that there is one year training at Indian Military Academy.

So this, is the complete procedure for the same.

I hope this answer is helpful to you.

Thank you!
