Yes, you can become. Any person who is enrolled in armed forces as an SSR can become a commissioned officer on meeting the eligibility criteria. Unique leadership qualities and fulfill requisite conditions in terms of age, education etc. Can aspire to become commissioned officer. After graduation you can certainly apply and go through interview.
