Hello,

You can opt for upgradation if you are allotted a seat in a college other than first choice of college. You need to login in the candidate portal in the official website and select 'Yes' for upgradation. You must have paid seat acceptance fee and reported in the allotted college in order to participate in round 2. The link to the official website is given here

https://wbjeeb.nic.in/

The second seat allotment for eligible candidates will be released on August 27, 2021.
