Categories shall be defined as per ranks mentioned beoow.

Category1 1-20000
Category2 20001-40000
Category3 40001-65000
Category4 65001-99999
Category5 1Lac Onwards.
So you basically fall into Category 3 and Fees shall be different for each category.
You shall be required to make demands draft of 3Lakh ruoess for counselling in Phase2.
Good chances with VIT chennai, Amravati and Bhopal campus.
