The IT branch of IIEST Shibpur has the highest placement records of almost 89%. There were total 90 companies consisting of top companies like Microsoft, Adobe, TCS, HSBC Technologies which offered recruitments for the students of this college. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 39.12 LPA and average salary package offered was Rs. 15 LPA. Almost 70-80% of students from IT branch of this college gets placed every year.
