dear student,

The choices which are above the choice that has been alloted to you will be available for upgradation. If students from those colleges vacate their seats then you will be upgraded provided that your rank fits in that category. Once upgraded your previous alloted seat will be nullified. You will then have to accept the upgraded option. Best of luck!
