Hey!

There are four choices after the seat allotment process and to surrender or cancel the seat candidate can choose choice 3 or choice 4. Choice 3 says that candidate is not satisfied with the seat and wish to participate in next round by surrendering the seat. Choice 4 says that chandidate is not satisfies with the seat, wants to surrender the seat and do not want to participate in further rounds of counselling. So you can choose seat asper your preference.
