I hope you are doing good . Course of mca is divided into 4 four semester for thee years.  Eash year is of two semester  . At end of each semester  , practicals are taken of lab subjects and then theory exams are held . First year syllabus is mostly of organic chemistry . Following is the link of detailed syllabus
