Sorry to say but there is no way to enter into BPT without Entrance Test. The admission for BPT programme depends on Merit and how well the candidate does in the Entrace test. You can log on the site of your preffered college or University to dowload the forms. The application must reach the admissions office before the last date to apply.

CET Entrance Exam

Guru Govinda Indraprastha University Physiotherapy Entrance Exam

JIPMER All India Entrance Exam
