If NEET score has been mandate for admission to these courses, admissions will be conducted based on NEET scores.  Unfortunately as you havent qualified in NEET,  you will have to reappear for NEET to take up any of the courses among MBBS/BDS/Ayush/Veterinary/BPT/BOT.
