For getting admission in government college of engineering you need to give jee main entrance exam .you get government college of engineering on the basis of jee main rank .

For getting admission in private engineering college you need to give entrance exam of that college .
You will not get admission only on the basis of 12 marks .you have to give entrance exams for getting admission in a college.
