You have to apply for distance course i.e. part-time course. There are limited colleges/institutes who provide it.  in last years, colleges have provided placement program for distance course from private and government fields.

admission will vary as different college will have different way of selection. possible ways will be :-

1. Score from CAT/XAT/ATMA/MAT
2. own entrance and selection(IGNOU)
3. on the basis of graduation percentage plus work experience(NMIMS)

for IGNOU:- it conducts entrance exam twice a year i.e. IGNOU OPENMAT. for NMIMS:- minimum percentage is 50% + 2 years work experience.  In selection process they will check your skills:-

2. analytical skills
3. communication
4. management skills
