GUJCET is the gujarath common entrance examination, it is conducted by the gujarat secondary and highrt education board. It is a state level exam for undergraduation duration is of 4 years application process is online and mode of examination in offline (in 2019). 

Eligibility : candidates must be the citizens of india to apply for the examination. Candidates must pass in 12th from the gujarat secondary board of education or any recognized board.

reservation of SC is 7%, for ST is 15%.

Yes, you can give the GUJCET next year, again you have to apply for the examination and write the exam .
