Hello,

For biomedical lab science courses want 12th marks or students equivalent level. So competition start from your 12th marks also. Now you can give CET examination, some colleges also select JEE mains, JEE advanced, UPSEE entrance examination result. Some state have own examination infact some colleges also. So don't take so much tension just study hard and practice the mcq. And focused on chemistry and biology mainly you can pass easily. If your 12th marks also high then it will be more easier.

All the best.
