Eligibility criteria for applying in IIST is -

1) only indian citizens are allowed to apply for IIST

2) if you belong to general or obc category then you must have been born on or after 1st october 1992 while for sc/st category you must have been born on or after 1st october 1987.

3) you must have 75% aggregate marks in 12th board if you belong to general/obc category while for sc/st it is 65%

4) if you want to join Btech programme in IIST then you should must appear in jee mains exam.
