Hey Soumyadeep.

The merit list for WBJEE will be prepared on the basis of the marks that you secure in the entrance test. The marks that you score in your Higher Secondary Examination will not be considered while preparing the merit list for WBJEE. It will be solely on the basis of your performance in the entrance.
