Hi aspirant

The shaheed bhagat Singh evening college is good, the classes are scheduled from 2-7pm.
The teachers are equally good as the morning batch ones. You won't have any problem, the environment and crowd is also fine.

Since you mentioned you want to do civil service preparation in the morning time, I think you should enroll for weekend batches because handling the pressure of regular college and Coaching is quite difficult. But it's up to you, if you can manage them well you should go for it.
