See IIT Tirupati is a relatively newly founded IIT. So the institute will need time to establish it repute to the world. But I think if you have a MTech in Computer Science and your coding and programming skills are good then the probability dictates that you will have a great chance to get selected in the placement. But a problem may be with your offered package. It can be average of around Rs. 7-8LPA at the starting. That may be daunting. But as you will get experience you get a lot of opportunity to earn more.
