Aeronautics branch in RV College of Engineering is started in 2015. The college is not well equipped with proper aeronautical labs and equipments and thus quality of study is not good.

RVCE itself is a NAAC "B" rated college and thus doesn't have proper amenities as compared to other top colleges.
