First of all if you want to pursue MBA then you should go for some decent colleges that have companies visiting their campus as you'll be spending 2 years of your time and money. 

Secondly IET Lucknow has absolutely zero placements but still if you study well and gain some real life work experience by internships or participating in various competitions you can get a job by your own also.
