Hello Aspirant, IIIT bhagalpur is good for Mechatronics. Since it was started last  year., so I can't say too much. But it have too many qualities like-

There is no shortage of faculty and all professors here are Phds from IIT. 

Mechatronics labs are all in excellent condition and fully equipped like 3D printer.
