Hi Aryan,
IIT KGP is in the ranking of Top 5 engineering colleges in India. It's known for it's geart academics & placement records over the year. Specifically Computer science is the best department among all. Google, Microsoft, Facebook etc visits every year for placements.

But this is in the maths department not cse.

Yes, but in this course you will have computer programming. Which will held in the CSE labs. Yes, the maths brach also great. The professors from CSE also take classes.
