NIIT University of Nimrana is a good university for B.Tech,  it has a good placement with an average placement of 4 lakhs,  it has a good campus,  the admission process here is a little difficult because they take the interview of student as well as parents.
If you are getting a chance for admission in NIIT,  you should go for it.
