Tamil Nadu National Law University is a public university and provides a 5 year integrated course in law. It is the first national level institution in the state of Tamil Nadu. It has a distance of 13.6 km from Tiruchirapalli Junction Bus Stop, 18.7 km from Ponmalai Railway Station and 20.6 km from Tiruchirapalli International Airport.

Entrance to the university is entrance based the is through the national level CLAT examination. It provides scholarships to certain selective castes. The application filling is online. The faculty is quite good and they allow you to have exposure in the world. They help you in your queries and assist you in whatever issue you might be facing.  The infrastructure is good and the upcoming infrastructure is also bound to be good. The college provides quite a lot of industrial exposure ghrough guest lecturers and also through internships that the students take up. There are various activities carried out in the college consisting of Mock Court, Debates, Sports tournaments, Cultural fests, Legal competitions, etc. This allows students to take part and increase their participation in Co curriculum.
