The I.M. Tech program in University of Hyderabad, is a great program, which offers mainly the content based on the required subjects only, there won't me much unnecessary subjects included in the course structure. As far as the faculty is concerned in the  computer science department, they are great, perhaps you will be more than involved in the classes.
