Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but Jee main and Jee advance are only for admission into undergraduate program BE and B.tech you can't get admission into M.Tech course in Indian Institute of Technology Bombay through Jee main and advance.
To get admission in IIT Bombay for Mtech course students need to have a valid score in GATE Entrance examination.

On the basis of jee advance iit takes admission in various undergraduate programs for example b.tech

M.tech is a post graduation program. The admission to M.tech in IITs are not taken on the basis of jee exam. The admission to IITs for M.tech courses is taken through the GATE exam.  You can check the GATE cutoff of iit Bombay for admission to M.tech programs from the following article link -
