Hello Ashitosh,
To be eligible for admission at IIT Bombay, or for that matter any IIT, you need to first qualify in JEE Main. The qualifying marks for JEE Main isn't constant and can vary. Last year, the qualifying marks for SC candidates was 32, while in 2016 it was 52.
As for admission to IIT Bombay is concerned, you have to next clear JEE Advanced. Also, please remember that the minimum or cutoff marks for admission would vary depending on which course you want to take admission into. If you want to take admission in CSE, the cutoff would be pretty high as compared to say engineering physics.
