From the year 2019 Jadavpur University has implemented 90 percentile reservation for West Bengal students.

For other state students there is now only 10% seat reserved in Jadavpur university for any branch.

Now this year in Computer Science Engineering branch total 38 seats from open category is there as per the final seat matrix declared by wbjee E-COUNSELING. So that means, for other state students in Jadavpur University there will be only 4 seats available in CSE branch and the other 34 seats will be reserved for West Bengal students.

And also if you are other state students can you cannot apply any category. You have to take admission in Jadavpur University only on your merit basis.
So if you want to take a seat in CSE in Jadavpur University then you have to perform very well in WBJEE exam and Secure at least above 135 marks.
