First I want to tell you that COMEDK and NEET are two different exams. NEET i.e National Eligiblity cum Entrance test is a national level exam which is conducted for the feilds related to medical only. COMEDK i.e Consortium of Medical,Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka is state level exam which is conducted for medical as well as engineering. 

Now, the entrance exams for MBBS 2018 are listed below:

• NEET UG -This test is conducted for the admission of MBBS and BDS in the institutions accross country.
• AIIMS UG-This exam is conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi for MBBS course in AIIMS only.
• JIPMER-It is an examination for MBBS through which candidates can take admisions in JIPMER, Puducherry & JIPMER, Karaikal campuses.
