Saurav, for the first time, AIIMS is conducting its admissions through NEET. The admissions to all its approximate 1500 MBBS seats is through Al India Counselling. Now in 2018, the cut off percentile for ST Category for AIIMS Rishikesh was 93.688. Now AIIMS releases its results in the form of percentiles and NEETin the form of marks. Adding to that, AIIMS is conducted for 200 marks and NEET for 720. Considering all these factors, 93.68 percentile roughly translates to 575-600. Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.  So for a seat in AIIMS Rishikesh under ST Category, you should aim for nothing less than 650-675. It is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS

This is because,

• Earlier admission in aiims was on the basis of Aiims mbbs entrance examination and this it is the first time ever when AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet ,

• Also cut off marks for medical colleges including aiims will depend upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet entrance exam,kind of marks obtained by students in the examination ,toughness level of the neet examination etc.

But yes getting into aiims Rishikesh or any other Aiims is not going to be easy as seats are very limited and the competition is huge for Aiims .
considering these things,
you should target around 620-650 marks in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Rishikesh if you belong to sc category
