HELLO ASPIANT,

as per researching previous year i can say that the score does not matter. if anything matter this is your rank. from previous year upto rank 4500 was able to get a seat in iist. however olease follow the below mention link to know cutoff and closing ranks

Is jee mains is enough for this university to get a seat in the aerospace

most of the colleges and prestigious one accept jee main rank. and there are not many pvt college in India who provides course in aerospace. you need to do well in jee main exam to secure a seat.

Sir but in Google it's is showing that iist will select the candidates by their jee  advanced rank and marks

you have to go through both jee main and jee advance exam. but need to secure good marks in both exam.
