It would be difficult to tell you the exact cutoff as the cutoff varies every year depending on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appearing in the exam, etc.

However, according to the previous year NEET cutoff for admission to AIQ seats in VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, you should aim to score 650+ marks in the exam for admission. 
Cutoff for admission to medical colleges in Delhi is always high so you will have to work hard and score high in the exam.
