it is the first time ever when AIIMS are conducting admission through neet examination so predicting cut off marks is quite difficult for  Aiims Raipur or any  other  Aiims

Also,
cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination etc and AIIMS will be providing admission through all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high

keeping these things in mind you should try to get at least 640-650 marks in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Raipur if you belong to obc category
