For gov. College you need to score approx. 550 or above .
For qualifying neet you need to score approx 150 .
In 2018 qualification marks was 119 in which candidate can take addmission in private college or can go to abroad for mbbs. But for government mbbs college first counseling last cutoff was 547. So remember that for government college you have to score 550 or above in neet

You need to get more marks than cut off which is different for every years . Getting marks more than that means you are eligible for counselling .
But why do you want to just pass , bcz getting eligible doesn't guarantee you a seat you need to score fair enough .
Well for this year cut off was 119 marks of 720
