If you are from Maharastra then You will be eligible for state quota otherwise Not. In general, category If your rank is below 3500 then you will be able to take CSE without Home quota otherwise you must be under 3500. For rank around 3500, you should score around 220 marks. For safety consider it to be 230. So If you belong to general category then 230 marks will be sufficient for NIT Nagpur CSE.
