Amit, PWD is not a vertical reservation. It is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example if you belong to General Category and you have PWD reservation, then it is UR-PWD. And the cut offs for various Categories for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya under State Quota for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 665
OBC:616
SC: 484
ST:355
EWS: 612

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now for 2020, you should aim at scoring more than 50-65 marks against your Category mentioned here.
