Hi Ajay,

Government Medical Colleges are most sought for reasons well knows. Since Gandhi Medical College, Secunderbad is one of the government colleges in India, their cut-offs are also higher. For Open Category the cut-off rank last year (2017) was within 1700 which corresponds to a score of approximately 560. This cut off also depends on whether you are applying as domicile or through all India Quota. However, to be absolutely sure, try scoring around 560 to ensure a seat in this College. I hope you find this helpful. All the very best for your preparations!
